She’s the warm welcoming as you enter the office! Cassie is where production, sales, marketing and/or bookkeeping go when they need a hand. This makes her a true asset to have directing us all, both visitors and staff a like!

Ernie moved his family to Valdosta, Ga approximately 30 years ago when he began a new flooring business, Valdosta Carpet Center. 12 years later, he and Bill Gaskins opened ChrisMill Homes and began building homes for residents and developers across North Florida and South Georgia. After 20 years and much success, the partners divided the business by State and Ernie officially began ChrisMill Homes of Florida, as sole owner. Throughout 20 years of home building, Ernie developed a great deal of appreciation for the residents of North Florida and remains driven by a desire to convey that value in the communities we serve.

Kate is your go-to for all things financial at CMH Florida. Driven and self-motivated, no one understands and appreciates the value of hard work like Kate. Making her the most qualified advocate for the financial well-being of our company, as well as significant investment of our homeowners. Kate ensures our customers are protected by verifying all insurances, licensing and accounts are properly established and maintained. This involves coordinating with government officials, subcontractors, lenders and homeowners on a regular basis.

John joined us in 2020 when he decided to transition back into residential construction from the commercial industry. John grew up in construction, finding his strength in framing early on and eventually running his own crews for many years. John’s unique, lifelong building experience equipped him with a vast knowledge of the trade, contacts and regulations. Customer’s often rave about John’s availability and attention to their various concerns throughout construction, communicating their gratitude for his role in their project.

Glenn is our daily reminder to “love God, love people” and that very approach is what makes him the strong arm behind Production.
Overseeing all of production from the time of customers’ Builder’s Meeting up to the time they move in their new home, our team couldn’t function without him. He works with the superintendents, vendors and subcontractors every day, issuing both guidance and authorioty when and where it’s needed.

Jason was born and raised in Staunton, Virginia, where he remained until relocating to Valdosta, Georgia in 2024.
Jason’s grandfather was a general contractor and his father a licensed electrician, allowing Jason years of early experience in home building. After completing college, Jason built his own spec houses, became a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Appraiser.
Known for his ability to find win-win solutions in complex situations, Jason is a strong member of production. Leverages his background to guide clients confidently, ensure clarity, maintain quality and general peace of mind throughout the process.
Jeana N. Mullinix
Building and Design SpecialistJeana Mullinix
Jeana is a former CMH Florida customer herself, purchasing a lot in Summerwood Estates where she and her husband built a home for the family they planned to have.Her first-hand CMH Florida custom building experience allows her to better relate to the customers she serves, communicating each step of the home building process in a way that eases concern and builds trust in the relationship.
